Food is cooked by a Bai woman, she does very traditional fish, potato, bean soup and other fresh vegetables from the farm, Fresh milk is also very tasty here, try to order some local cheese which is very rare exist in other part of china.
Locals eat them by deep fry with sugar, but it is tastier after roasted in the oven. Kitchen is big and open for guests to do your own cooking; the mixed international recipes are very welcomed.
