Located at the East side of Erhai lake, in a fishing village - Da Jian Pang 大建旁村, in front of water, catches two more hours sunshine than the west side (Dali old town). It is surrounded by green farms and orchird trees, away from the centre of the village.
It offers a great vibration of peace, no noise, far away from cars and crowds.
You might fall in deep sleep by the sound of waves and wake up by the sun ray through the window of your room.

To come up here, you can either take regular public buses running from Dali Old Town, Xiaguan or even Shaping if you come from Lijiang.
Otherwise you can also take a taxi from these places. For your information, a fair price for a taxi ride Dali-Suanglang is roughly 100 yuan.
